- Partial fill-in: walls are broken down, bottom is perforated, and the cavity is filled. Faster and less expensive.
- Full removal: the entire shell, walls, and floor are hauled out. Best for resale disclosure and future construction.

- Partial fill-in may need to be disclosed to buyers and can limit what you build over the area.
